Vault data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Private file storage and access rules restrict who can read vault records and documents.
Sharing on your terms
You select the sections and individual items each trusted contact may receive. Organization staff can support residents without opening their private vault contents.
Reviewed releases
A release request requires a death certificate, owner notification, a safeguard period, and manual review before approved information is shared.
Security event records
Important contact, support, and release actions are recorded to support investigation and accountability.
Hosted payments
Subscription checkout uses a Stripe-hosted payment page. Legacy Vault does not collect card numbers in its own payment form.
What belongs in your vault
Legacy Vault is for estate and identity records. Please do not upload clinical records or protected health information. For more about how information is handled, read our privacy policy.
